The Top 3 Supplements

If you've seen our posts this week, you may notice that the theme is based on the best supplements for your money. Supplements can often be very expensive, and that's why we're here. To help you save money to better yourself. To keep a little extra money in your wallet, we've put together a list of the top three supplements for the money!

Source

First on the list of money savers is a good Whey Protein. Yes, that means you can get high-quality protein for under $40. Whey protein is a popular supplement in the industry. Protein helps your muscles repair themselves, restore glycogen levels, and provides other nutrients after a session of weightlifting. The best whey protein to save some dough is Optimum Nutrition's 100% Gold Standard Whey. For the quality of protein, Optimum has this priced incredibly well. You get all of the nutrients you need for a great price.

Next on the list, we have Creatine Monohydrate. Creatine monohydrate is the most scientifically proven supplement in the industry. With benefits including increased muscle growth and improved performance. Luckily for you, creatine isn't a very expensive supplement. But of course, we had to find the best quality on the market for the best price. Best bang for your buck for creatine is Optimum Nutrition's Micronized Creatine powder. This powder is unflavored and that means you can mix it with whatever you want!

Last but not least is a multivitamin. If you don't already take a multivitamin, I highly recommend that you look into it. If you think about it, are you really getting all the vitamins and minerals that you need throughout the day? If you're questioning this, you may need to grab a bottle of some of the best multivitamins for you. Our personal favorite is PEScience's TruMulti. For the price and quality of ingredients, you just can't go wrong.

I hope these top three supplements help get you on your feet with your fitness journey and money saving. There's nothing worse than realizing you're almost out of that protein powder or creatine and payday is a week out. Stop worrying about prices, we're here to help!

  1. I have a tub of Whey Protein in my car for when I used to work out more! Now it just sits there haunting me telling me I should go back to the gym! I might have to look into the other two as summer (if it ever warms up!) is coming around the corner!
